Game Summary: Bloomer's Trevor Morning threw a five inning perfect game against the Beavers, who had one hard hit ball all night...that a lineout to CF by Adam Bielmeier. 12 Bloomer hits and four Beaver errors made this night even more miserable for the home team. Morning, in addition to throwing the perfect game, faced only 15 batters, striking out 12. Additionally, he homered and tripled. C Alex Koehler doubled, CF Jordan Koehler had two hits, and 3B Matt Bohl tripled and doubled for the Blackhawks. Tommy Zappa allowed six earned runs in four innings of work to take the loss.

JV summary: Bloomer beat Cumberland 4-2 on a very well played game in very windy conditions. Mike Harris threw five innings, allowing three of the runs in the 2nd and one in the 3rd. He pitched very well. Travis Nyhus pitched the final two innings, holding the Hawks scoreless. Vaughn Waite and Eric Nyhus had the only two hits for the Beavers. Waite and DJ Cifaldi excecuted a nice double steal, and the Beaver only committed one error on the evening. Bloomer had an outstanding the squad, and the young Beavers represented themselves well.
